My four-hour workshop, Balancing Your Own Chakras for Stress Relief, includes basic concepts and fundamental beginner techniques of Sound Therapy, Energy Healing, Color Psychology, and Meditation. The course is usually spread over two 2-hour, interactive, hands-on sessions. We discuss and demonstrate ways to harness the power of the various techniques through your five senses and major chakras.
In an individual 30-minute consultation, we look at what holistic techniques and products you are already using and discuss what other options and local resources might be available to you.
